The MIRA Guide assists the user in choosing the right sampling based on the building information. With the help of the guide, even an inexperienced user can take inventory with ease. This can be a big help when a property owner or manager wishes to rebuild a smaller space and only needs to conduct a handful of samplings.

The guide also keeps an updated list of waste and recycling for correct waste classification. During 2025, we will be creating guides to properly taking inventory of hazardous waste such as asbestos, freons, and PCBs, as well as recyclable materials like plate glass (windowpanes), PVC plastics, and concrete.

With MIRA Inventering, you as the consultant can conduct your entire inventory on a single platform. You'll be able to upload building blueprints, mark sampling spots, jot down notes and photos, and connect them to specific points on the building. These functions will already be available In our initial version launching in the spring of 2025.

Future updates will include handling orders for analysis, marking locations on blueprints, and automatic calculation of waste and recyclable material.

MIRA will ensure that all hazardous waste is discovered and will support circular flows for recycled material.
